SCOPE Supply Chain Operations Consultants was born from the idea of what we belive to be gaps in the current industry. There are many consultants who are happy to give you death by powerpoint, discussing concepts like IoT, Blockchain and why you need an ERP. Are these right for you? Possibly, possibly not. We believe a good consultant isn’t to just dicuss concepts and convince you to spend money, but how to help you use what you have more effeicntly. Would an ERP help you grow your business? it might, or it might just cost a tonne when you dont need to spend until you have solidified your market position. In which case a process efficiency programme would make better use of what you have and be more mindful of your cash flow. Many of todays consutants are big buisness orientated, they dont neccesarily come from years of working in industry and understand the needs of small and medium businesses. This is where we come in. We aim to help you grow your business to the next level because your business is our business and we will help you get it done.
